The final implementation quote is adjusted to the needs of each business and confirmed before you commit. The main factors are:
- Locations, users, and hardware to set up
- Volume and cleanliness of data to migrate
- Modules in scope (accounting adds setup and validation)
- Training breadth - how many roles, how many people
- Any custom development, quoted separately from its own specification

Implementation starts at BZ$300. Your final quote depends on locations, data migration, training, hardware, configuration, and any custom development.
What about hardware?
Hardware is separate; we recommend proven equipment and can supply or work with what you have.
Can I add users or locations later?
Yes - plans scale, and moving between them is an upgrade, not a migration.
What does support cost?
Support expectations per tier are part of your agreement - published commitments only.
